Better battery life
The first and foremost thing we will be looking at will be its battery life. We cannot expect longer battery life which can sustain forever. If we talk about the previous version of the Samsung Galaxy series, the S22 had 6.1 inches display that could run for a whole day.
But when it was tested, it was found that it could remain only for 22 hours even if you turn off the display of the phone. The Galaxy 22 series incorporated a smaller battery of 3700 mAh. Therefore it’s essential to boost its battery life. So if you are planning to travel, you might need to carry your charger in the backpack.
Camera and processor
It has been reported that the Samsung series new Model S 23 will most likely have Snapdragon 8 generation 2 as the processor. But models might also be having Exynos 2300. Also, just like S plus and ultra, we will see S22 and 23. If we talk about the sensors, the Galaxy S3 may have a 200 MP sensor, which would double its predecessor, a 180 MP unit.
Although it was said that the Samsung Galaxy ace 23 ultras will have only 200 MP. Apart from this, the Galaxy S23 and S23 plus will have 12MP units for taking selfies. Last year the upfront camera was only 10MP. So it would be a great improvement in the camera quality. Although all the other cameras present in the next 23 will be the same as the S22.
Galaxy S23 design
Just like apple, Samsung will also be recycling its previous design. However, if we talk about the screen, we will see a 6.1-inch screen which is the same as the Samsung Galaxy S22. One major change will be in the size of the bezels, which will think this time.
If we talk about one special feature, this time, Samsung will be the first device with the latest silicon flagship of Qualcomm. Countries like North America, India, and Korea will be getting a processor of Snapdragon 8 generation 2 embedded inside the Samsung Galaxy S23. Whereas for other countries, the processor will be Exynos 2300.
But there are reports which suggest that Qualcomm and Samsung have done a deal in which it was said that the Samsung S23 would be powered by the Snapdragon chip all over the globe. So there are chances that the people expecting the Exynos variant might not get it.
Storage space
Compared to the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra, the Galaxy S23 ultra will have better specialisations. One such is the storage space. The Samsung S23 will consist of 8 GB ram and internal storage of 128 GB. On the other hand, if we talk about the size of the display, then it will be around 144p with a refresh rate of 120 Hertz.
Along with it, you will also get a charger of 45 Volt. That can fully charge your phone within one hour. If we talk about the camera, there will be two different telephoto lenses, and the rear camera gives go-to quality pictures of up to 108 megapixels.
Sound and speaker
We always considered that the main feature of the Samsung Galaxy S22 is its short battery life. But that’s not only the problem. One major problem is in the speakers. The quality of the Galaxy S22 speakers was not so good.
Additional storage space
If we look at the storage space of the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra, you can get different options such as 128 and 512GB, and you can also look for 1TB. But unfortunately, the Samsung Galaxy S22 and 22 plus storage space were not good. But with the new model of Samsung Galaxy, we are expecting that it will offer 512 GB with the S23. To solve the problem, a micro SD card can be used. But it’s not clear that they are not, but we expect them to be there so that the storage problem will be resolved.
Galaxy S23 Plus and Ultra
So as we have seen the features of the S23, now is the time to look at the other models of the same line: Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus and S23 ultra. As per the dutch research, it has been stated that the Galaxy S23 Plus will likely have a 4565 mAh battery capacity. But if we think of marketing, Samsung might market it as 4700 mAh. Compared to the Galaxy S22 Plus, it is larger, but if we look at the Samsung S21 Plus, it’s smaller than that. Meanwhile, if we look at Galaxy S23 Ultra, it will most likely have a battery capacity of up to 5000 mAh. Although nothing is confirmed, surely, it will be confirmed soon.
Expected Release date
One common question in everybody’s mind, especially Samsung fans, is when they will see the Samsung Galaxy S23. Although there is less clarification on the day, it was expected that the launch would take place in San Francisco. Also, Samsung released its flagship phone a few days back, so people expect the new Galaxy S23 to be released in February. The date is not set yet, but it will probably be on the 17th of February, 2023.
In India, we could see the release in the month of March. But still, because of the intense competition in the market, the company has decided to release the model in all the countries on the same day. It will also help Samsung to reflect its sales for the flagship phones.
Will it have any updates like that of Apple?
This year Samsung has promised to add new updates and features to its Galaxy S23. Samsung will offer different Android upgrades and a security patch of 5 years. That is more than that of Google or any other big company. However, this is only one upgrade less than what Apple gives for its iPhones. It is great to see Samsung eventually follow Apple’s lead and provide five years of complete support, which includes five Software upgrades.
